  1. The pre-prepared filling is mashed potatoes and fried mushrooms with onions and pepper. Chop the mushrooms in a blender or finely chop them. Let the filling cool.
  2. Softened butter pour warm broth from potatoes, mix, adding salt, sugar. Add the egg, beat lightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix the dry products for the dough – flour, milk powder, baking powder, yeast.
  4. Having combined the creamy egg and dry mixture, knead the dough. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn on the oven to warm up. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, roll each into a rectangle 15-17 cm wide. Outline the middle along the entire length.
  6. Put the mashed potatoes on one side and the mushroom filling on the other.
  7. Twist into the center of the rolls.
  8. Divide into pieces 6-8 cm long.
  9. Transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper or a non-stick mat. Lubricate with a mixture of yolk and milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Immediately send it to the oven, bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees, until a beautiful blush. (Be guided by the characteristics of your oven).
