I’ll make the dough in a bread maker. Pour warm milk into the bread maker bucket, add egg, sugar, salt, melted butter, sour cream.
Sift the flour with the yeast.
Knead dough. Flour may need a little more, plus 20-30 gr.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes. to increase the volume. I leave it in the bread maker.
Cut the dried cranberry berries into smaller pieces. Stir in the dough.
Add salt, powdered sugar, vanilla and semolina to the curd.
Add the egg white. Yolk to leave for lubrication of the rolls.
Beat with a blender until smooth.
Divide the dough into 7-8 parts. Roll each part into a circle. To make cuts not to the end.
Fold the ends of each sector.
Fold up to the center.
Do the same with the other incisions. It turned out like this. Transfer to a baking sheet, I have covered with a silicone Mat.
Place the curd filling in the center of each bun. Brush the buns with egg yolk using a silicone brush. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 20-25 minutes.
