  1. It’s simple. We’ll need a blender or chopper. Put the onion and cabbage cut at random into a bowl. Break the egg and finely chop everything. Add oatmeal, milk and salt. Again, everything is crushed. Leave the oatmeal in the bowl to swell for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Fry the pancakes in oil on a well-heated pan. Pancakes can be formed with wet hands or a tablespoon. After frying the pancakes for a minute, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum and cover with a lid. After a couple of minutes, flip the pancakes. If they are not yet completely grasped and poorly hooked with a spatula, then fry a little more. Cover again and cook until tender. It’s fast.
  3. For pancakes, I will make a sauce of soft cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic and herbs. This is optional. You can serve pancakes simply with sour cream. Serve. Very tasty and flavorful!
