Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, orange zest.
Add soft butter and knead the dough with your hands.
Roll into a ball and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Wash the plums, remove the seeds and cut into quarters.
Cover the mold with a diameter of 28 cm with baking paper. Distribute the dough, forming the sides.
Spread the plum jam over the entire surface.
Sprinkle dry poppy seeds on top.
Stepping back from the edge, lay out the plums cut into quarters.
In a bowl, dilute the starch and water. Stir with a spoon. Fill all the plums with starch water. sprinkle with sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon!
Carefully wrap the edges of the plum dough with a knife. That’s it! Brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake at a temperature of 200 g for 25 minutes. Cool completely before slicing!
