Cake “Plum Galette” Recipe
I love plums! And plum pies even bigger! Today baked a very interesting cake! Try it! I think that you will like it!
Lunch Second Breakfast
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, orange zest.
Add soft butter and knead the dough with your hand.
Roll into a ball and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Wash the plums, remove the bone and cut into quarters.
Form 28cm. cover with baking paper. Spread the dough, forming the bumpers.
Spread the plum jam all over the surface.
On top sprinkle with dry poppy seeds.
Stepping back from the edge put the quartered plums.
In a bowl dilute the starch and water. Stir with spoon. Pour starch water over all plums. sprinkle with sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon!
Gently wrap the edges of the plum dough with a knife. Like this! Brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake at 200g for 25 minutes. Before cutting completely cool down!
