  1. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into large pieces. Fill it with water. Boil until tender
  2. While cooking potatoes, add garlic, bay leaf, allspice.
  3. Mix sour cream with eggs. Prepare salt and smoked paprika (of course, you can replace your favorite spices, but paprika gives an interesting flavor note here).
  4. Drain the water from the finished vegetables, remove the pepper and bay leaf. Mash the vegetables with a potato masher. Add the egg-sour cream mixture in 2 stages, kneading the mass well each time. Add salt and paprika, mix.
  5. Gradually adding flour with baking powder, knead the soft dough. Do not clog the flour, it is better to add it when forming.
  6. Grate the cheese. It is better to take mozzarella or suluguni.
  7. The resulting dough is divided into 4 parts. From each roll out a circle 3-5 mm thick. Cut into 8 sectors.
  8. Put the cheese on a wide part of the sector. The edges of the wide part are bent to the middle, covering the filling.
  9. Seal the filling on all sides.
  10. Wrap the roll so that the edge of the triangle is at the bottom.
  11. Fry the bagels in a frying pan with enough oil over low heat on both sides until golden brown for 3-5 minutes.
  12. Put the finished pies on a napkin to remove excess fat.
