This cabbage is suitable as an independent dish, you can garnish with meat, chicken, fish. Ingredients

  1. Cut a slice of cauliflower from the fork.
  2. Add a little salt and pepper to the cabbage, put it on the grill, and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes. Who has a grill pan is even better. I put it in the oven under the grill mode. Watch your technique.

  9. Put the fried cauliflower slice in a baking dish, top with pickled cauliflower with bell pepper, top with cheese-to taste. Put in the oven for 7-9 minutes 180*C, the cheese is browned.
