This cabbage is suitable as an independent dish, you can garnish with meat, chicken, fish. I share with you this Recipe, I really liked the carrot sauce, cabbage is fragrant, does not smell of vinegar. It was safe to cook more.
Add a little salt and pepper to the cabbage, put it on the grill, and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes. Who has a grill pan is even better. I put it in the oven under the grill mode.

1/2 Cup of a common fork of cauliflower, disassemble into small (risinki ) inflorescences, cut bell pepper, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, add salt, allspice to taste.
