You know, after this recipe, I wanted to try something similar from a healthy vegetable. In the meantime, try this delicious dish. Now it will be especially important for those who observe Lent.

  1. Wash the cauliflower and disassemble it into inflorescences. Fry in vegetable oil. Transfer to a plate.
  2. It is better to boil potatoes “in a uniform” so that it does not boil. Cut into slices and fry in the same oil where the cabbage was fried. Also transfer to a plate.
  3. Heat the remaining oil. Fry the onion, garlic, cumin and ginger (peel and cut into thin strips) for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes to the pan (wash the tomatoes and scald with boiling water, then peel and finely chop), turmeric, coriander and chili (peel the seeds and cut into thin rings – add the amount to taste !!!). Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Put the potatoes and cauliflower in a frying pan with the sauce. Add salt to taste and add cilantro (rinse, dry and finely chop). Simmer, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.
