Wash and disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Fry in vegetable oil. Transfer to plate.
It is better to boil potatoes "in a uniform" that it did not boil. Cut into slices and fry in the same oil where the cabbage was fried. Also shift on a plate.
Heat remaining oil. Fry the onion, garlic, Zira and ginger (peel and cut into thin strips) for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes to the pan (wash tomatoes and scald with boiling water, then remove the skin and finely chop), turmeric, coriander and chili (clean from seeds and cut into thin rings - add the amount to taste!!!). Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Put potatoes and cauliflower in a frying pan with sauce. Salt to taste and add cilantro (rinse, dry and finely chop). Simmer, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.
