  1. Add melted butter, sugar, yeast, yolk to kefir. To interfere. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Sift the flour, add salt. Pour in the kefir mixture.
  3. Knead the dough. Cover with a clean towel and put away in a warm place for an hour.
  4. For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix it.
  5. Divide the dough that has come up into two parts so that it is easier to roll it out. On a floured surface, roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick. Cut out circles (8.5 cm in diameter), make holes in half of the circles.
  6. We put the filling in one circle, put a “leaky” circle on top and shine the edges. I got 12 cheesecakes. Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, lubricate with egg white and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
