Instructions
  1. Dilute the yeast in warm milk. Add softened butter, sugar, salt. Mix it.
  2. Gradually pour the sifted flour into the yeast mass. Pour in parts, kneading the dough (it took me less flour than according to the recipe). Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands.
  3. Form a ball, put it in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and after 1-1.5 hours, double the amount of dough. As soon as the dough rises well, put it again in a warm place to rise (for about 30-40min)
  4. Prepare the filling. Finely chop the apples (the smaller, the more beautiful they will be), sprinkle with lemon juice and add 100 g of sugar (you can add lemon zest and cinnamon).
  5. Heat 50 g of butter in a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of honey and apple mass. Cook for about 10-15 minutes so that the apples become soft (do not overcook).
  6. From the finished dough we will make a sausage and cut into identical pieces. From each we will form a cake. (Just press down with the palm of your hand)
  7. Something like that. Grease the baking sheet with oil, cover with baking paper. Place our buns on a baking sheet away from each other. And set aside in a warm place so that the dough rises (about 15-20 minutes).
  8. As soon as our buns rise well, we will make a recess in them with a small glass.
  9. Fill with filling.Attention here! In the filling, if a lot of syrup has formed, IT SHOULD be drained! I spoiled a few buns, because the syrup began to leak out, and the dough in these places did not rise well. Do not put a lot of filling, otherwise the bun will turn out flat, and it should be slightly wrapped inside.
  10. Lubricate the edges of the rolls with egg + water (1st l.). Here, too, I want to give advice – it’s better to lubricate before filling (it’s easier this way). Put in a preheated 210gr. oven for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Here they are, our buns.
  12. And it’s tea time! Very tasty!!!
