Cheese Crackers with Salmon Mousse Recipe
A very tasty and spectacular snack. At first glance it seems that it is troublesome, in fact it is prepared within 1 hour. The name sounds nice, but I have the usual salted pink salmon of my own salting, the most budget-friendly fish in the Far East. This dish will decorate the buffet table for the New Year.

Instructions
  1. Take the butter for ice cream and cheese and grate. For convenience, I used a food processor.
  2. Add egg, chili pepper, paprika, baking powder, flour, knead the dough.
  3. It is convenient to use a food processor for this purpose. It is enough to replace the nozzle with a grater on the corolla.
  4. You will get a soft elastic dough, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a layer 5 mm thick, I didn’t even need to sprinkle flour on it, the dough turns out to be very pleasant and obedient to work with. With the help of molds, we make blanks, you can even use an ordinary glass. Pierce the dough with a fork or a special device. Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake until golden brown for 15 minutes.
  6. Let the finished cookies (crackers) cool down. I have 34 of them.
  7. We prepare mousse from lightly salted pink salmon, you can take any salmon fish. Put cottage cheese, pink salmon, dill (I have ice cream) in the bowl of the combine, pour cream. I used a food processor for chopping and mixing.
  8. Using knives, cut the fish and get a homogeneous cream mousse.
  9. Take a cooking bag, cut off the end, insert the nozzle. I have a closed large diameter star. Put the mousse in a bag and put it on the cooled crackers.
  10. Serve the snack chilled, garnished with herbs.
  11. Happy New Year!
