  1. Sift flour and curry.
  2. Add cold butter, diced. Mix with the crumbs. Add grated cheese and half an egg. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour.
  3. Turn on the oven. Roll out the dough about half a centimeter thick. Cut into strips.
  4. Transfer the strips to a baking tray. Brush with the remaining egg, sprinkle with seeds.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or more at a temperature of 200 degrees.
