Cheese Tart with Zucchini Recipe
As you know, tart is an open pie. I suggest you bake a simple pie, but with an excellent result. There is no need to mess with the text, you just need to take a layer of yeast-free puff pastry. Minimum filling: zucchini, cream cheese or any fatty cottage cheese, egg. 40 minutes – and the pie is ready!

  1. The dough layer should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it defrosted. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. I have zucchini with a soft skin, and I didn’t take it off. We put the cheese in a bowl. Now they sell a lot of cottage cheese with the addition of greens or cucumber. I took a cucumber and greens. You can chop greens into ordinary cottage cheese or fatty cottage cheese and grate a small fresh cucumber, add a little salt.
  2. Fry a few zucchini in a frying pan in oil. Do not add salt! so that the pieces remain whole and it does not give a lot of juice.
  3. Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Break an egg into the cottage cheese, add 2/3 of the hard grated cheese and combine everything. Leave 1/3 of the hard cheese to sprinkle the pie before baking.
  4. We roll out the dough layer according to the size of your shape into a square or rectangle and let the sides rise by 2.5-3 cm. We cut the edges, as shown in the photo, to form the “sides” of the pie. I have a ceramic mold with sides 20X20 cm. I smeared it with a small amount of oil so that the cake was easy to take out.
  5. Put the dough into the mold, forming the sides. The lower part of the dough is pierced with a fork. (See photo)
  6. We spread the cheese mass on the bottom.
  7. Then – zucchini layer by layer. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt, not forgetting to sprinkle with hard cheese and pepper if desired.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place in the oven at t-180 C for 30 minutes. Focus on your oven. The pie bakes quickly, do not let the top burn.
  9. Ready! Remove from the oven. That’s so beautiful and fragrant.
  10. I took the pie out of the mold onto the board. This is not necessary, it can be cut directly into the mold.
  11. Cut into pieces and serve. Here’s a pie in the cut. It can be eaten hot, warm, and cold!
