Chicken Fillet Baked in Tomato Sauce Recipe

  1. Fillet of chicken breast cut into steaks and chop.
  2. Add a tablespoon of olive oil, a little salt, pepper, any favorite seasoning, crushed garlic and leave to marinate while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Prepare the tomato sauce. Put the chopped onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil and pass them until the onion is transparent. Just add salt, add favorite spices. Then add the chopped tomatoes, and stirring, simmer until soft. After adding chopped parsley, simmer for another minute. The sauce is ready.
  4. Zucchini and squash cut into plates.
  5. Put the zucchini and squash cut into plates in 2 layers, alternating them in a baking dish.
  6. Put the chicken fillet on top of the vegetables.
  7. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add breadcrumbs to half of the grated cheese and mix. Evenly cover the chicken fillet with this mixture.
  8. Fill everything with tomato sauce and send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and put in the oven for just 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  10. Remove from the oven, leave alone for 5 minutes. Then spread on a plate.
