I do not know what to call this dish, I just experimented and it turned out very tasty. Chicken in cheese sauce turns out tender, melts in the mouth. You can serve it as an independent dish or prepare a side dish, we ate without a side dish, just with a vegetable salad, it turned out to be satisfying. Quick and delicious dinner)

  1. Cut the chicken breast in half and cut into thin slices 1-2 cm thick.
  2. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out the chicken breast in one layer. The diameter of the mold is 24 cm. Salt and pepper the meat part with spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, put mayonnaise, sour cream, finely chopped garlic, 1/2 paprika, 1/2 black pepper.
  4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater (100 g) and add it to a bowl with spices, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  5. Add the chopped dill and mix everything together.
  6. Brush half of the chicken breast with the mixture.
  7. Lay out an even layer of onion (half rings). Add salt and pepper with the addition of some spices.
  8. Put a second layer of chicken breast, salt, pepper and put the second part of the cheese mixture and smooth.
  9. Put the second layer of onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese (60 g) on top.
  10. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  11. Garnish with parsley.
