  1. Wash the chicken liver, dry it on a paper towel, cut into pieces.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with black pepper and pour over the liver. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, stir, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Washed and pre-soaked in cold water, lettuce leaves are arbitrarily broken, put on a dish.
