Mash the garlic with a press, crumble the Bay leaf, add salt 1 tsp. and spices, RUB with your hands. RUB the chicken with this mixture, massaging it assiduously.
Place in a container and fill with water, in which to dissolve the salt 3 tsp. and add lemon. Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. (after 12 hours, turn the chicken over to the other side).
