Add mushrooms, I also coarsely chopped them, salt and pepper to taste.
Fry everything together for about 5 minutes.
Cabbage comes last.
Simmer everything for about 10 minutes, stirring well.
If you don’t like that the cabbage will be slightly crispy, then increase the stewing time.
Dilute a spoonful of starch with soy sauce and water and add to the dish.
Mix everything well and simmer for a couple more minutes.
If there is teriyaki sauce, then a couple of spoons will not be superfluous.
Add salt and pepper to taste and add as needed.
