- 900 gram Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece Carrot
- 3 pieces Onion
- 300 gram Champignons
- 400 gram Pork
- Salt (to taste)
- Red hot pepper (to taste)
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Starch
- 100 ml Water
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Sesame oil (to taste)
- Ginger (to taste)

- Add mushrooms, I also cut them large, salt and pepper to taste. Fry all together for about 5 minutes. In the last place is cabbage. Stirring well simmer everything for about 10 minutes.
