This dish is always prepared in our Chinese restaurant. It is made in two versions-vegetarian or with meat. Spicy and crunchy vegetables in tandem with fried meat, very tasty and nutritious.

  1. Here are the vegetables we will need, if you have wood mushrooms, or as they are also called muer, then you can take a handful. If you take wood mushrooms, you need to soak them in cold water at night.
  2. Cut the cabbage large.
  3. Cut the carrots into thin washers.
  4. Cut the onion into thin feathers.
  5. Cut the pork into thin strips and fry in portions. The fried meat is set aside for now.
  6. Fry the onions and carrots. Fry everything on high heat for about 6 minutes.
  7. Then return the meat and add the wood mushrooms, they have already been cut into strips.
  8. Add the mushrooms, I also cut them large, salt and pepper to taste. Fry everything together for about 5 minutes. Last of all comes the cabbage. Simmer everything for about 10 minutes, stirring well. If you do not like that the cabbage will be slightly crispy, then increase the stewing time. Dilute a spoonful of starch with soy sauce and water and add to the dish. Mix everything well and simmer for another couple of minutes. If there is teriyaki sauce, then a couple of spoons will not be superfluous. Taste for salt and pepper and add as necessary.
  9. And now our dish is ready. If you want to prepare a version without meat, then add more bell pepper and broccoli.
