Lemon juice

Coriander

Sesame seeds
Instructions
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Pour vegetable and sesame oil into a frying pan, heat up, put garlic and fry over high heat, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add dry ginger and lemon juice.
Take soy sauce.
Pour soy sauce into the pan.
Take thawed broccoli (I had frozen). If you have fresh broccoli, then pre-disassemble the inflorescences and pour boiling water.
Put the broccoli in the sauce and fry, stirring constantly, on maximum heat for 2 minutes. The inflorescences should be completely in the sauce.
The food is ready. It can be served both hot and cold. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander.
