A recipe for the case when you are too lazy to cook! Quite easy to implement and delicious to taste! It does not go into any comparison with the purchased product. It turns out with a crispy crust and juicy inside!
Chicken thighs are cleaned from bones and skin, cut into small layers and add mustard, honey and soy sauce, and send to marinate from 1 hour to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Fry the chicken in a frying pan on both sides until ready
Cucumbers are cut into strips, tomatoes are cut into strips, cheese is three on a fine grater
We collect the cheese, spread a layer of sauce, mayonnaise on the pita bread
We put cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken from one edge, wrap it up for 1 turn, bending the sides of the pita bread and add grated cheese, wrap it up to the end.
We lubricate the baking sheet and the chizura itself with oil and send it to the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 220-240 degrees
We pull the dish out of the oven and treat our loved ones and guests! Bon Appetit!
