Instructions
  1. Mix the sifted flour and cocoa with powdered sugar.
  2. Add butter and sliced egg, make a crumb with your fingers, if the crumb is dry, add one spoonful of water or milk.
  3. Pour the crumbs on the table and knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for now.
  4. Peel the apples, remove the middle and cut into slices. Pour cold water with the juice of half a small lemon.
  5. Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and yolk.
  6. Grate the zest from the remaining lemon halves, squeeze out the juice and mix with cottage cheese. Try sugar, if necessary, add sugar and juice to taste.
  7. Place the dough on a silicone mat or baking paper and roll out into a circle using a plastic wrap.
  8. Cut the uneven edges with a knife, put the cheese filling in the middle and distribute it, leaving an empty area, about 5-6 cm. Spread the slices of apples on the cheese. Carefully fold the edges of the dough inside. Put the biscuit together with the paper on which the dough was rolled out on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes, look at your oven. Sprinkle the edges of the cooled biscuits with powdered sugar.
  10. Bon appetit!
