Instructions
  1. Arrange the jam in small molds for ice, sweets or, like mine, in a plastic mold for quail eggs. And we put it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, maybe more.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
  3. When the butter and chocolate are combined, gently, stirring constantly so that the chocolate does not delaminate, pour in the rum.
  4. Beat the eggs with sugar into a foam, preferably by hand, with a whisk, because a “soft” foam is needed here, and during this time just cool the chocolate mass a little. Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate mass, stirring all the time.
  5. Sift the flour into the resulting mixture. Mix well.
  6. The portion forms are well oiled and sprinkled with flour. I had silicone molds, maybe I didn’t need to spread and pour generously, but I was afraid to take risks.
  7. Pour the chocolate dough into the molds for about 2/3 (I got 8 silicone molds), and then put the frozen jam in cubes (it’s not very cold, and I helped get it with a teaspoon). Drown this cube in all shapes. Put the form with the fondants in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375F or 190C. Remove the frozen cake pan from the freezer and immediately put it in the oven for 15-18 minutes. The time depends on your oven and how liquid you want to get the middle. Cool slightly, remove the fondants from the molds and immediately serve to the table, enjoying their divine taste!!!
