  1. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add vegetable oil, whisk again.
  2. Add finely chopped nuts, cocoa and baking powder to the flour. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid in parts. Knead the non-sticky dough.
  3. Roll 20 balls out of the dough. Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the glaze. Mix cocoa and sugar. In a separate small saucepan, heat the milk and butter. When the butter has melted, add sugar and cocoa. Cook, stirring, until boiling.
  6. To sprinkle the waffles, grate them on a coarse grater. You can also use coconut chips or chopped nuts for sprinkling.
  7. Dip the finished cookies in the icing.
  8. Then roll in the sprinkles.
  9. Place the cookies on a cutting board and refrigerate for 1 hour. Store cookies in the refrigerator.
