Instructions
  1. Put the waffles in a blender and chop them.
  2. Chop the nuts, too.
  3. Mix the waffles and nuts, add the melted butter and mix well. Cover the split form (20 cm in diameter) with parchment and distribute the waffle base. Put it in the refrigerator.
  4. Boil 300 ml of water, dissolve the jelly in it, mix well, let it cool down a little.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 50 ml of cream to the cottage cheese.
  6. Whisk with an immersion blender until smooth. If the cottage cheese is too dry, you can add a couple of spoonfuls of diluted jelly to beat it better.
  7. Combine the cottage cheese with jelly, beat with a mixer until smooth.
  8. Then whisk the cream to steady peaks.
  9. Add cream to the cottage cheese with jelly, mix gently with a spatula.
  10. Spread a little of the resulting mass on top of the waffle base, spread out the berries, I have blueberries.
  11. Then add some more cottage cheese and spread out the rest of the berries, I have cranberries. Etc. Then put the mold in the refrigerator.
  12. Put the coconut chips, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Put it on the fire. Heat until the butter is completely melted. Let it cool down. Spread the chips over the slightly frozen cake, then put them in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
  13. Carefully remove the pie from the mold, decorate as desired and you can serve it to the table.
  14. Bon appetit.
