  1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix with egg, sugar and salt.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter and mix.
  3. Mix 370 g of flour with yeast. Add parts to the liquid ingredients. Pour in the remaining 50 g of flour in parts (you may need more or less, depending on the flour and the moisture content of the cottage cheese). Knead the non-sticky dough. Leave for 1 hour in a war
  4. Knead the dough that has come up. Roll out a rectangle about 5 mm thick.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed chocolate and cinnamon.
