Cottage Cheese Filling Casserole Recipe
New Year’s holidays are not only a festive table, candles and treats. This also includes gatherings with friends, visits and, of course, breakfast with family. It is for such breakfasts that I suggest you prepare this tender and delicious casserole. Something similar was prepared by my grandmother when I was with her on New Year’s holidays. Of course, there was no cottage cheese then, but there was cottage cheese and sour cream. This option is very similar to the one that was in childhood.

  1. To make this casserole, I will use a food processor. It is very convenient both in assembly and in operation, thanks to the large bowl. Put cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, semolina in the bowl of the combine and break the egg. Install the beaters and close the lid until it clicks. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Whisk everything at 2 speeds until a homogeneous, fluffy mass is obtained.
  3. The form, preferably with high sides, should be greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with semolina. We shift the curd mass into a mold and level it. The bowl of the combine is rinsed, it is washed without problems.
  4. Bake our base in a hot oven, at a temperature of 170 degrees, for 30 minutes.
  5. Put sour cream, sugar, vanilla and egg in the bowl of the combine.
  6. Install the beaters and close the lid until a characteristic click.
  7. Beat the ingredients for a couple of minutes until smooth.
  8. We take out our base and pour the sour cream mass.
  9. Return the mold back to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes. The top should not turn red, but also not stick to the fingers.
  10. Let cool, slice and serve. Very tasty with milk or tea.
