  1. So, we need to make shortbread dough. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder. Grate the cold butter and pour it into the flour, add sugar, egg and vanilla. Quickly grind the dough into crumbs. Add sugar to your liking. I don’t like sweet pastries. Therefore, a little sugar was added.
  2. Grease the baking dish with butter and lay out the dough so as to form the sides. Put it in the refrigerator.
  3. For the curd filling, add blueberry yogurt to the semolina and leave for 20 minutes to swell.
  4. For the cottage cheese filling, mix the cottage cheese with semolina, add 200 g of blueberry yogurt, powdered sugar to taste and one egg, whisk everything with a blender until smooth, then add a handful of frozen blueberries. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Cover the mold with a shortbread dough and put all the filling on it, smooth it out and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Focus on how it is baked in your oven.
  6. Cool the finished cake, sprinkle blueberries on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!
