Cottage Cheese Pie with Apple and Nuts Recipe
I suggest making a cottage cheese pie with apples and a crunchy nut crust. It turns out very tasty with sweet and sour apples. The structure of the cake itself is slightly moist thanks to the apples, and on top of it is a delicious cinnamon-nut “cap”.

  1. Beat the sugar and eggs with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Melt the butter to the consistency of sour cream. I had low-fat cottage cheese in grains, so I punched it with an immersion blender until it was smooth.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and butter to the whipped mass, and beat everything well.
  4. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add to the bowl and quickly knead the dough.
  5. Walnuts, sugar (2 tbsp) and cinnamon to punch in a blender or grinder crumbs.
  6. Peel and cut the apples into small cubes, add the lemon juice, and mix.
  7. In the form of (d=22 )cm distribute the dough, put half of the apples on top, press them slightly into the dough, then add the second part of the apples.
  8. Pour on the pie nut crumbs, gently press it down.
  9. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 g. about 1 hour. After 10 minutes of baking, cover the form with foil, so that the nut crumbs do not burn.
