  1. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix with sugar, vanilla, salt and egg. Cottage cheese is desirable to take non-acidic and high fat content.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter, mix.
  3. Add the flour and yeast in parts. Knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place to approach. After 20 minutes, knead, leave for another half hour.
  4. Prepare the filling. Chop the nuts in a blender. In a saucepan, mix water, sugar and honey. Heat over high heat until the sugar dissolves. Mix the syrup with the chopped nuts. Cool the filling.
  5. Knead the dough and divide into 2 parts. Roll out each piece of dough into a 5 mm thick rectangle.
  6. Distribute the filling evenly.
  7. Roll into a roll, pinch the seam.
  8. Cut in half, along the seam, without cutting the roll to the end on one side.
  9. Interlace the cut pieces with each other. Tips that are useful to use.

  11. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
