  1. Chop the crab sticks and onions in a blender. Add egg, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and zest, pepper and ground breadcrumbs. Greens are optional. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Form chops from minced meat, pan in flour, fry on medium heat on both sides in preheated vegetable oil.
  3. Ready.
