  1. In kefir or yogurt, beat the eggs.
  2. Pour in the oil.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Beat with a mixer.
  5. Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
  6. Whisk again. You can add turmeric to add color.
  7. Add the additive. Wash and squeeze the raisins and goji berries. Fry the seeds in advance.
  8. Stir with a spoon.
  9. We cover the form with parchment and put a ceramic cup in the center, the walls of which we lubricate with oil from the outside. Or take a form with a “hole” in the center.
  10. Spread all the dough in a circle.
  11. Bake until dry for 30 minutes in a preheated 200*C oven.
  12. Remove the cup with a thin knife. Spread the hot cake with any sour jam. I have some from the plum tree.
  13. Cut into portions.
  14. Serve with coffee, tea or children for an afternoon snack with milk.
