Instructions
Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
Sifted flour. You may need more flour, depending on the quality and fat content of the cottage cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Use wet hands to shape the sausage. I got 12 PCs. Put them on a floured surface and roll them well.
Then I cut them in half.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.
Ready-made sticks are served to the table, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Very tasty with jam, sour cream, and just like that.
