  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms arbitrarily. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the pan. Fry the onion and mushrooms until light golden brown.
  2. Bacon (bacon is used in the recipe, you can also use a bacon bowl) cut into pieces. Next, you need to pass the fat through the grate of the meat grinder.
  3. Turkey breast fillet and chicken thigh fillet, bacon and sauteed mushrooms and onions pass through the grate of a meat grinder. Then skip the soaked in water and pressed white bread. Chop fresh dill and parsley, add to the minced meat. Add salt and white pepper to taste. Add nutmeg (1 teaspoon), smoked paprika (1/2 teaspoon).
  4. Knead the minced meat well. Cutlets are formed with wet hands. Sprinkle the cutlets with breadcrumbs.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Fry the cutlets on medium heat on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Then put the cutlets on a baking sheet and send them to a preheated 200C oven and bake lightly for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Garnish the cutlets with a salad of fresh vegetables.
