Deviled Eggs on New Year’s Appetizer Recipe

  1. To prepare this snack, bake eggs in the oven, but do not boil. Prepare the muffin mold: smear the mold cells well with vegetable oil.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  3. Pour the protein into each cell separately and separate the yolk.
  4. Place the egg mold on top and cover with foil.
  5. Now take a deep baking tray and pour boiling water into it.
  6. The eggs will be cooked in a water bath. Put the mold on a baking sheet with boiling water and send it to the oven. Bake at 160 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Focus on your oven.
  7. While the eggs are baking, fry the onion and mushrooms. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up. Cut the onion into small cubes and put it in a frying pan.
  8. Take the mushrooms.
  9. Finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the frying pan with onions. Fry until golden brown.
  10. Fry mushrooms with onions so that they become golden, turn off the gas.
  11. Meanwhile, we take the form with the finished eggs out of the oven. The readiness of the protein can be checked by clicking on it with your finger.
  12. Now carefully remove the proteins from the mold.
  13. Then remove the yolks and transfer to a bowl.
  14. Mash the yolks with a fork
  15. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes and add to the yolks.
  16. Add the fried mushrooms and onions.
  17. Now add mayonnaise and mustard.
  18. Season the prepared mass with salt to taste, sprinkle with ground black pepper, add garlic powder.
  19. Mix well. Be sure to taste the filling so that all the ingredients are in moderation.
  20. Transfer the filling to the cooking bag.
  21. Squeeze out the protein-based filling from above.
  22. Sprinkle the snack with sweet paprika. Optionally, you can decorate with greenery.t
