  1. These are the products we will need. I have enough for one good serving. If desired, the proportions are increased. Make incisions on the tomato and pour boiling water, let it stand and remove the skin. Cut into rings.
  2. Mix eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Grate the potatoes, I pour boiling water over them and let them stand for about 10 minutes, then rinse well under running water. In the original, it is simply rubbed. And I love spicy flavors, so I add grated garlic, dill, red and black peppers. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cut the onion rings and I sprinkle it with a little sugar, so it caramelizes and becomes delicious. Heat the oil and fry the onion until Golden and turn it over. Add a little salt.
  5. Put the tomatoes on the onion and make a small fire and simmer under the lid for about 4 minutes.
  6. Then spread the potatoes and under the lid, simmer on low heat until the potatoes are ready. The time depends on the type of potato, but since it was filled with boiling water, the cooking time is reduced.
  7. Then pour the egg mixture and simmer under the lid until the eggs are ready. Then cover the pan with a plate and carefully turn it over.
  8. Our omelet is ready! Bon Appetit!
