  1. Boiled egg. Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolk and put it in a bowl.
  2. Using a fork, crush the yolk. Add to it curd cheese, garlic passed through the press, salt, pepper and finely chopped dill. Mix everything thoroughly. If desired, you can add a spoonful of mayonnaise. Stuff the eggs. Cut the cucumber into slices and stick a slice into each half of the egg. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
