Eggs stuffed with Cheese and Garlic Recipe
A very simple recipe for an egg snack, but delicious and creamy. Very easy to prepare.

  1. Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise. Carefully pull out the yolk and transfer it to the bowl.

  2. Chop the yolk with a fork. Add to it curd cheese, garlic passed through the press, salt, pepper and dill finely chopped. Mix everything thoroughly. If desired, you can add a spoonful of mayonnaise. Stuff the eggs with the filling. Slice the cucumber and stick a cent in each half of the egg. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
