Eggs Stuffed with Pate Recipe

Instructions
We put the eggs to boil, cook for at least 10 minutes, we need strong yolks.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry in vegetable oil.
Rinse the liver, clean the veins.
Place the fried onion in a bowl.
And fry the liver on both sides in the same pan. Add curry, pepper, green onions or any greens you like.
Pour soy sauce instead of salt.
Fry the liver until tender, until the pink juice disappears.
Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks, leaving the egg whites halves.
Chop the liver and egg yolks (onion too) in a blender or through a meat grinder.
Pour in the broth, water or potato broth until the viscosity is reached.
Sprinkle with fried onions and a small amount of grated raw carrots to add color.
Mix thoroughly, add salt to taste.
Using two teaspoons, form a portion of the pate. Spread the pate beautifully on half of the egg whites and garnish with herbs and sweet pepper.
