English Pudding “Victoria” Recipe
I brought the recipe for this pudding from England last year. This is a real English pudding, which is named after Queen Victoria. According to one version, this pudding was her favorite delicacy, and she asked to name it in her honor. This pudding looks perfect ready-made, is easy to prepare, with a minimum of products and also does not contain a large number of calories.

Instructions
  1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add butter, orange zest, vanilla and sugar and heat until completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
  2. Beat the yolks.
  3. Continuing to beat, slowly pour the hot milk into the eggs.
  4. Put the ground oat flakes in the pudding pan, and pour the prepared cream on top and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Then transfer the cream mold to another larger mold and pour hot water into it so that it is at the level of the pudding. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 175 * C. When the pudding is slightly frozen, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Put a layer of jam on top of the pudding.
  7. Beat the egg whites well until stable peaks. Add powdered sugar and whisk a little more.
  8. Carefully put the beaten egg whites on a layer of jam and put it back in the oven (without a mold with water) for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 150 * C.
  9. When the pudding is ready, let it cool down a little and you can serve! Enjoy your meal!
