Fake Rice from Cauliflower with Lime Recipe
A light vegetable side dish with lime flavor and herbs, and even in coconut milk! It was a great addition to the chicken fillet under Borodino bread. No worse than real rice, potatoes or ordinary pasta. Even better!

  1. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry with garlic in vegetable oil until soft.
  2. The cauliflower is disassembled into small inflorescences and in a blender, in pulsation mode, punched to the state of “rice mass”. Place in a frying pan with the onion. Stir, add salt and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour coconut milk, lime juice into the contents of the pan and cook until the liquid evaporates (you can slightly increase the heat).
  4. When serving, sprinkle the finished dish with herbs, add lime zest.
  5. Very light, fragrant and, most importantly, a delicious side dish!
