Very fragrant and delicious soup of oily fish with shrimp and squid. In combination with this mixture of rice and the most low-fat vegetables, the soup turns out to be very useful and easy to prepare!
For this soup, the main thing is fish oil, so take the fish of fatty varieties, I have it very fatty and with a delicious broth after boiling.
Fill the fish with water, boil with the addition of allspice and bay leaf.
Strain the broth and add the rice, put it to cook.
Onion and carrot cut into thin strips, fry in a frying pan with oil, adding paprika.
Peel the shrimps (I have large Argentinean ones), cut the squid into strips.
Put it in a frying pan with almost ready rice, add salt to taste.
Fry the shrimp in the remaining oil and put it in the soup.
Put strips of squid in the finished soup, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let it stand under the lid for 5 minutes (do not boil the squid longer so that they become soft and tasty).
Pour the soup on plates, adding fish fillets to taste, serve hot with herbs!
