The most wonderful and expected New Year holidays are ahead. Each hostess will prepare a delicious Christmas table for her loved ones. The dish that I offer to your attention, in my opinion, will appeal to lovers of hot fish snacks.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add diced onion. Fry the onion until light golden brown.
Add the salmon fillet cut into small cubes to the fried onion. Simmer the mixture over low heat until tender.
Add salt and pepper with ground black pepper to taste.
Boil rice (3 tablespoons) until ready in salted water, then rinse, add egg yolk (1 pc.), pour 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Mix the rice filling well.
Using a salad mold, shape the chops (d 5 cm).
Add vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) to the pan. Lightly fry the chops.
Put the cue ball in the baking dish, put the stewed salmon fillet on the cone on top.
Grate cheese (50 gr.) on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the decoration with grated cheese. Send the form with the chops to the preheated oven and bake until the cheese melts.
