Wash the cauliflower, dry it with a paper towel and sort it into small inflorescences. Melt the butter, squeeze the garlic into it and stir.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 204*C (400*F) and cover the baking sheet with parchment.
Dip each piece of cabbage in oil and roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown.
