Instructions
  1. Cut the meat 1 cm thick. With this method of cooking, any meat will turn out very juicy and tender. The time is indicated without taking into account soaking and pickling.
  2. Mix salt, sugar, grated garlic, pepper, tarragon and oregano. Pour 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Non-parliamentary. Lower the meat into the resulting brine and leave overnight (you can for 1-1.5 days.).
  3. Put tarragon, lemon basil, garlic and olive oil in a food processor.
