  1. Sift 125 grams of flour.
  2. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the hot boiled milk and mix well.
  4. Let cool to room temperature.
  5. Add vegetable oil.
  6. Add the egg, yolk and vanilla.
  7. Sift the flour with baking powder.
  8. Knead the dough on the table.
  9. The dough is ready.
  10. For convenience, divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each piece of dough 8 mm thick.
  11. Cut out the gingerbread.
  12. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  13. Prepare the glaze. Whisk the powder with the protein.
  14. Brush the cakes with icing.
