  1. From herring, cook fillets without skin, remove all small bones and season with seasoning and cilantro. Let the fillets marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the beans. Crush the garlic. Chop the green onions. Slice the cheese. Prepare the bean mixture – mix the ingredients: beans, garlic, green onions, cheese, sour cream and mix.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil, which is greased with vegetable oil. Place the herring fillets on a baking sheet.
  4. Put the bean mixture on the herring fillet.
  5. To give a golden crust, coarsely chop the cheese and sprinkle it with the bean mixture.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
